Μνημῖονμνημεῖον ΗέτροςΠέτρου οτιο, στουςἔτους τκβ βερετίουΠεριτίου ζι Οάρσιςθάρσει οὐδεὶς ἀθάνοταςἀθάνατος. ας ἐτῶν Θάρσιθάρσει, οὐδὶςοὐδείς θάνατος. + + + +

Translation

Text B: Monument of Petros … [who died?] in the year 322(?) on the 17th (day) of Peritios (?). Be of good cheer, no one (is) immortal. He died Text A: … years old. Be of good cheer, no one (is) immortal.

This inscription bears two separate texts. The final three lines are the oldest ones. The text extended above the original probably belongs to a later period and has been carved by someone unfamilar with the Greek language who simply copied letters and words unsuccessfully.
