Translation Monument of Selamanes, (son) of Claudius, who died having a good name and good
faith (at the age) of 40 years, in (the) year 306, on (the) 1st (day) of the
month Dystros, on the 4th day of (the) Lord (Wednesday). Be of good cheer,
Selamanes, no one (is) immortal. |
