Transcription

+ Ἐπὶ τοῦ ἁγιωτάτου Θεωδόρου ἐπισκόκπουκαὶ Σαβίου πρεσβυτέρου ἐγένετο τὸ πᾶν ἔργον τῆκϚαι ψηφώσεωκϚαι ἐκ σπουδῆκϚαι Ἀβεσοβουκαὶ Ἰωάνου καὶ Ἰερεμίου· ἸνδικτιῶνοκϚαι δ´.

Translation

In the days of the most holy Bishop Theodore and Sabinius the priest, all of the work on the mosaic was done through the efforts of Abesobo and John and Jeremiah. In the fourth indiction.
