ὁσιωτάτου ἐπισκόπου ἡμῶν Φωτίνου καὶ εὐλαβεστάτου Κωσμᾶ τοῦ περιοδευτοῦ ἐτελειώθη τὸ ἔργον τοῦτο τῆς ψηφώσεως ἰνδικτιῶνος θʹ τοῦ αιχʹ ἔτους +

Translation

… our most pious bishop Photinos … and the most devout Kosmas … the periodeutes … was completed the work of the mosaic in the year 611, indiction 9. +
