Προσφορὰ τοῦ πρεσβυτέρου Σιμεονιοῦ χρυσοχοῦ ΚΟΣΤΟΥΤΟΣ· φυλάξει αὐτωναὐτόν καὶ τὰ τέκνα αὐτου καὶ τὴντὶν ἐλευθερίαν σου

Translation

Offering of the prieset Symeonios, goldsmith and custodian. He (sc. the Lord God) will protect him and his children and your freedom.
