θάρσι Κάλεμος Φροντίνου, οὐδὶς ἀθάνατος. ἐτῶν ιεʹ ἔτους ιευʹ

Translation

Be of good courage, Kalemos, son of Frontius! No one is immortal. Fifteen years old, in the year 415.
