Transcription

Ἐπὶ Φλαουίου Μαρκιανοῦ Ἀντιπάτρου τοῦ λαμπρο τάτου καὶ μεγαλοπρεπεστά του ὑπατικοῦ καὶ τοῦτο τὸ ὄρος ἐτέμφθη καὶ τὸ ἔργον ἐκ θεμελίων ἐκτείσθη

Translation

Under Flavius Marcianus Antipater, the clarissimus and most magnificent consular, this mountain was carved and this building was erected from the foundations.
