Ἐπὶ τοῦ ἁγιωτατου ἐπισκόπου Θῶμα ἐγένετο τοῦτο τὸ ἔργον ἐπιμελείᾳ Ἰωάννου πρεσβυτέρου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου Ἰωάννου βικαρίου μηνὶ Δαεσίου ἰνδικτιῶνος ι'

Translation

This work has been completed under the most holy Bishop, Thomas, under the charge of John, priest, and of the most illustrious John, vicar, in the month of Daesius, in the 10th indiction year.
