+ Ἐνθάδε κατετέθη ὁ μακάριος Ῥωμανὸς Ἰωάννου μηνὶ Αὐδυνάιου κδ ἰνδικτιῶνος ιε᾿ ἔτους ΥΡΑ +

Translation

Here was laid to rest the Blessed Romanos (son) of John on the 24th of the month of Audynaius, in the 15th indiction-year, in the year 491.
