Transcription

Μνησθῇ εἰς ἀγαθὸν κὲ εἰς εὐφημίαν Ἰούδας Μονίμου ἅμα τέκνοις αὐτου. Εὐξάμενοι ἐποίησαν τὴν πάσαν τάβλαν. Εὐλογία αὐτοῖς.

Translation

Be remembered [for good and for] benediction Judah (son) of Monimos with his children, (who) made this whole panel following a vow. A blessing upon them.
