+ Ἀνεπάη Ζαχαρίας Ἰωάννου ἐτῶν κʹ ἐν μηνὶ Χοιάκῷ κγʹ ἰνδικτιῶνος εʹ ἔτους ΥΛς ἐτάφη δὲ ἐν τῷ μαρτυρίῳ τοῦ ἁγίου Θεοδώρου

Translation

Came to rest Zacharias (son) of John, age 20, on the 23rd of the month of Choiak, in the 5th indiction-year, of the year 436, and was buried in the Martyrion of St. Theodore.
