Transcription + אתקנת דירא ביומוהי דדניאיל בר חוזא, יוחנן בר פרסיא וישועדד בר קטריא ובעיא בר שהרזורא. דמרן נחון אנון ביומא ד + דינא. +
Translation (This) monastery was built in the days of Daniel, of Ahwāz, Yoḥannōn, the Persian, and išō‛dad of Qaṭrōye, and Ba‛ya of Shahorzūr. May the Lord have mercy on them on the Day of Judgement.
