Ὑπὲρ ἀναπαύσεθς Εὐσεβίου πρεσβυτέρου Θεοδοσίου διακόνου Εὐγενίου Ἐλπιδίου Εὐφρατᾶ Ἀγαθονίκου τῶν μοναζώντων

Translation

For the repose of (the) priest Eusebios, (the) deacon Theodosios, and the monks Eugenios, Elpedios, Euphratas and Agathonicos.
