Transcription

+ Ὑπὲρ σωτηρίας τοῦ ἁγιωτάτου Εὐφρασίου ἐπισκόπουκαὶ τοῦ ἐνδοξοάτου στρατηλάτου Θεοδώρη ἐτελειώόθηκαὶ ἐψηφόθη ἡ ἅγια Θέκλα χρόνοις ἰνδικτιῶνος ιεʹ καὶ Παμφίλου ἀρχιδιακόνου+ Κύριε Ἰησοῦ Χριστέ δέξαι τὴν προσφορὰν Ἀριανοῦ διακόνου.

Translation

For the salvation of the most holy bishop Euphrasios and the most illustrious Commander Theodore and the archdeacon Pamphilos, the Holy Thekla was finished and paved, at the time of indiction 15. Lord Jesus Christ, receive the offering of the deacon Arrianos.
