+ Προσφορὰ Φλαβίου Κόνωνος καὶ Θεοδώρουδιακόνου Νοννοῦ ταπεινοῦ+ Ϲυγχώρησον τὰς ἁμαρτίας τοῦ Εὐσταθίου πρεσβυτέρουτοῦ ταπεινοῦ Κύριε καὶ τέκνων Ἀμήν.

Translation

The offering of Flavius Konon and Theodorus Nonnus, the humble deacon. Lord, forgive the sins of the humble priest Eustathius and of his children. Amen.
