Μαγνιάνος στρατιώτηςεὐχαριστῶν τῷ ἁγίῳἈνδρέα ἔκτισεν καὶ ἐψήφωσεν σπουδῇ Ἡρακλίου πρεσβυτέρου καὶ Κωνσταντίνου διακόνου καὶ Πολλυχρονίου

Translation

Magnianos the soldier, giving thanks to Saint Andrew made the mosaic; by the haste of Heraklios the priest and Constantinos the deacon and Pollychronios
