+ Θείᾳ χάριτι ἐπὶ τοῦ ὁσιωτάτου Ἰωάαννου ἀρχιεπισκόπου σπουδῇ Κυριακοῦ θεοσεβεστάτου πρεσβυτέρου καὶ παραμοναρίου ἐψηφώθη ὁ ναὸς οὗτος μηνὶ Ἀρτεμησίου α᾿ χρονοῖς ιγ᾿ τοῦ υλ᾿τους Ἠλὶας στρατηγὸς

Translation

By divine grace, under the most pious archbishop John, by the zeal of the pious priest and paramonarios Kyriakos, this church was paved with mosaics, on the 1st of the month Artemisios, in the time of the 13th indiction, in the year 430; Elias, Strat-.
