+ Κύριε ὁ Θεὸς τοῦ ἁγίου Ἰωάνου ἀνάπαυσοντὸν δοῦλόν σουΤαναηλον ἀποθανόνταἐγένετο τὸ πᾶνἔργον ἐπὶ τοῦ ἁγιωτάτου Ζαχαρια ἐπισκόπου

Lord [God of Saint Jo]hn, give re[st to Thy servant] Tana[elos?, who di]ed [in peace?]. [This whole] work was done [under the most holy bishop Za]charias.
