+ Ἐπι τοῦ ὁσιοτάτου καὶ μακαριοτάτου Ἀναστασίου τοῦ ἐπισκόπου καὶ τῶν θεοφιλεστάτων Ἠλίου καὶ Σεργίου τῶν χορεπισκόπων καὶ Οὐλεφου καὶ Ἀνιανοῦ πρεσβυτέρων ἐψηφώθη τὰ ὧδε

Translation

Under the most saintly and most blessed Anastasius the bishop, and the most God-loving Elias and Sergius the chorepiscopi and Oulefos and Anianos priests, the halls here were paved with mosaics.
