+ Ἐπὶ τοῦ ἁγιωτάτου Ἰωάννου τοῦ ἡμῶν ἐπισκόπου καὶ τῶντο̑ν θεοφιλεστάτων Βαραχέου πρεσβυτέρου καὶ Σαβίνου διακόνου καὶ ἡγουμένου ἐγένετο τὸ ἔργον τοῦτο μηνὶ ἸουνίῳἸουνίoͅ ἰνδικτιῶνος δʹ προνύᾳ Σιλουανοῦ ὑπερ σοτερίας τῶν καρποφορησάντων.

Translation

Under our most holy bishop Jon, and the most God-loving Barachios, priest, and Sabnius, deacon and hegumen, this work was done in the month of June and of the fourth indiction under the care of Silvanus, for the salvation of the benefactors.
