Transcription

Ἐπεὶ Φλαουίου Πέτρου Ῥωμανοῦ φιλοχρίστου τοῦ μεγαλοπρεπεστάτου καὶ εὐδοκιμοτάτου ἡμῶν ἄρχοντος καὶ τοῦτο τὸ ἔργον ἐγένετο Ϛ.

Translation

In the time of [Christ-loving] Flavius Petrus Romanus, our most magnificent and glorious governor, also this work was done.
