Transcription

Ἐπὶ Μισαὴλτοῦ ἁγιωτάτου ἡμῶν ἐπισκόπουκαὶ Ζαχαρίου πρεσβθτὲρου καὶ χωρεπισκόπου καὶ Ἀλφείου διακόνου καὶ οἰκονόμου ἐγένετο ἡ ψήφωσις μηνὶ Πανήμου ἔτους θνχʹ ἰνδικτιῶνος βʹ.

Translation

In the time of our most holy bishop Misael, and the priest and country-bishop Zacharias, and the deacon and church steward Alphios, the mosaic was made in the month of Panemos of the year 659, indiction 2.
