Ὑπὲρ σωτηρίας Ἰακωβου Λαζαρος καὶ σινα εὐχαριστοῦντες τῷ θεῷ ἐπὶ τοῦ ἁγίου τόπου ἀνενέωσεν τὸ κτίσμα τῆς κώνχις σὺν τῷ καγκέλλῳ ἀπὸ θεμελίων· μηνὸς Μαρτίου ἰνδικτιῶνος

Translation

For the salvation of Iakobos, Lazaros, and ...sina, in gratefulness to God in (this) holy place (i.e., synagogue), renovated the construction of the conch together with the chancel screen from the foundations. In the month of Marhc, indiction ...
