Ὑπὲρ σωτηρίας Ἰακωβου Λαζαρος καὶ σινα εὐχαριστοῦντες τῷ θεῷ ἐπὶ τοῦ ἁγίου τόπου ἀνενέωσεν τὸ κτίσμα τῆς κώνχις σὺν τῷ καγκέλλῳ ἀπὸ θεμελίων· μηνὸς Μαρτίου ἰνδικτιῶνος
