Μανάαμος καὶ Ἴσουος υἱοὶ τοῦ μακαριωτάτου Ἠσσῆτος ξυλέμποροι εὐχαριστοῦντες τῷ ἁγιωτάτῳ τόπῳ καὶ τὴν ψήφωσιν ταύτην προσενήγκαμεν μηνὶ Λῳῳ τοῦ ΘΞΦ

Translation

Menahem and Yeshua, sons of the late Isai, wood merchants, as a sign of thanks for the most holy place, this mosaic (we) have donated in the month of Loos, 569.
