Transcription

Κοΐντος Καικίλλιος ους κωμῳδὸς πρωτολόγος Ἀντιοχεὺς τῶν πρὸς Δάφνην εὐξάμενος ἀνέθηκεν.

Translation

Kointos Kaikillios --ous of Antioch-by-Daphne, a comic actor of leading roles, dedicated this in fulfillment of a vow.
