Transcription Ὑπὲρ σωτηρίας καὶ ἀντιλήμφεως Ἀλυπίου τοῦ φιλοχρίστου καὶ τῶν διαφερόντων.
Translation For the salvation and succour of Alypios the friend of Christ, and his neighbours.

"… the precise nature of the building is unknown, though judging by the north-east orientation of the four Greek inscriptions recovered, as well as their apparent Christian context, it was in all probability a funerary chapel."
