Μνησθῶσιν Ζῶσις καὶ Εἱμέριος. Kύριε, μνήσθητι Μαξιμοῦ τοῦ πρεσβυτέρου. Kύριε, μνήσθητι τοῦ δούλου σοῦ Προκοπίου τοῦ πρεσβυτέρου. Θεόδωρος ὑποδιάκων γράμμα. Βαράχεος διάκων γράμματος τὸ ἥμισυ. Ἄππας διάκων γράμμα. Μνησθῶσιν Λεόντιος κὲ Γλυκέριος κὲ Φηρμῖνος κὲ Σευῆρος. Ἐπιφάνιος ὑποδιάκων γράμμα. Μνησθῇ οἰκονόμος τῆς ἐκλησίας. διάκονος γράμμα. Μνησθῇ ίουτου ἀναγνώστης. Μαξίμου γραμμα. Translation

May Zosis and Himerius be remembered. Lord, remember Maximus the priest. Lord, remember Thy servant Procopius the priest. Theodorus the subdeacon gave a scruple. Baruch the deacon gave half a scruple. Appas the deacon gave a scruple. May Leontius, Glycerius, Firminus and Severus be remembered. Epiphanius the subdeacon gave a scruple. Be remembered so-and-so, the steward of the church. So-and-so the deacon gave a scruple. Be remembered so-and-so son of so-and-so, the reader. So-and-so son of Maximus gave a scruple.
