Transcription

Ἁδάδῳ καὶ Ἀταργάτει θεοῖς ἐπήκοοις Διοδότος Νεοπτολεμοῦ ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ καὶ Φιλιστᾶς τῆς γυναίκος καὶ τῶν τεκνῶν τὸν βωμὸν κατεύχην

Translation

To Hadad and Atargatis, the gods who listen to prayer. Diodotos (the son) of Neoptolemos, on behalf of himself and Philista his wife and the children (has dedicated) the altar in fulfilment of a vow.
